Raj Nandy currently works as a Digital Strategy and Product Officer. He advises teams across the World Bank on their digital strategy and sets policy and standards around digital engagement and product management. He is passionate about technology, development and entrepreneurship. Raj started his career in Banking at Citigroup and since then has worked in a variety of settings – from building startups from the ground up to mentoring startups in the United States and India. Raj mentors at 1776 and Bethesda Green and is part of the vibrant tech startup community in Washington, D.C. and India. He is inspired by people who try to make a difference in this world. Raj loves technology, innovation, learning about new cultures, dancing to good music and yummy food. He is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology (BE in Engineering) and Georgetown University (MBA) and lives in Washington, D.C.
